Why do we pray? If God is sovereign over everything and if he never changes, why would we need to pray? What is the purpose of prayer? How do we pray? What do we actually pray? These are some of the questions that we will be talking about in this sermon series.

In Revelation 3:20 Jesus says, ““Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and eat with him, and he with me.” Jesus compares time spent with him to having a meal with him. There is so much more to prayer than most of us know or have experienced. Join us as we turn to God’s word to see what the bible teaches us about prayer.
